Placing an Order
All orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from our team and provide design approval on the mockup. Production begins only after full or partial advance payment is received.
Design & Mockup Approval
We provide a free digital mockup before every order goes to print. You must approve the mockup in writing (via WhatsApp) before we begin production. Any errors reported after approval that were present in the approved mockup are the responsibility of the customer.
Production Timelines
Standard production time is 48–72 hours after mockup approval. Bulk orders (500+ pieces) may require 5–10 business days. Rush orders may be available at additional cost. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds are only issued for defective products or items significantly different from the approved mockup. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
By sharing a design or artwork with us, you confirm you have the rights to use it. One Studio Print is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork. We reserve the right to refuse printing of content we deem illegal or offensive.
Delivery
We ship nationwide across Pakistan via courier. Delivery times are typically 2–5 working days after dispatch. We provide tracking information once your order is dispatched. One Studio Print is not liable for courier delays, loss in transit, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
